MU CBCS FORM FILL UP

The Form is to be filled in by the PG students of III and IV Semester.
After filling up, the applicant can download in the PDF Format.
The downloaded CBCS FORM and submit it to the concerned Department.

The applicants are instructed to see the details of CBCS syllabus contained in the LOCF.
The application form is based on FCFS (First Come First Serve).
The seat are limited to the intake capacity of the Programmes.
Candidates are to opt only one CBCS paper in a Semester.
No Candidates can opt more than one CBCS paper in a semester.
